Cleaning Your Spouting
For most homes Arthur’s recommends the
spouting cleaning
every 1-2 years to prevent problems from occurring. Each home is unique and depends on a variety of factors. For homes surrounded by trees these can sometimes require cleaning
twice a year.
If neglected for too long issues can begin to pile up: buckled spouting, rusting, leaking.
The solution to these issues is simply timely cleaning. If you notice any of the following you should
call us as soon as possible:
- Plants starting to grow out of your spouting
- Rainwater spilling over the edges
- Spouting starting to sag slightly under the weight.

We offer a 10 year warranty however as it is made of the same metal that is used on millions of homes across Australasia we know that it'll last for many decades.
Maintenance:
For homes that are within 500 metres of the ocean, we recommend that this product is powder coated.
We recommend that your spouting is flushed out every 3-5 years.
